Final Fantasy XIII or Fainaru Fantaji Satin is a recently released video game for PlayStation3 in Japan last December 17, 2009 by Squared Enix, maker and publisher of the famous Final Fantasy series that made gamers, young and old all over the world fanatics of console role-playing. Although, it is still due for release on March 9, 2010, North America has been given a taste of the game through a demonstration game that is brought around for fans early this week. The most anticipated international release on March 2010 will include versions for PlayStation 3 and Xbox in North America and other PAL countries. Before I give you the latest update regarding Final Fantasy XIII on the Playstation 3 watch this trailer and gameplay.
Final Fantasy XIII is a battle system inspired by the system found in Final Fantasy VII Advent Children and Final Fantasy XII, which preserves the style where in the enemies are integrated into the world environment. What makes XIII different is that the battles take place in different dimensions which allows players to go to a new battle screen, separate from the main gaming world. It will also bring back the Active Time Battle (ATB) System, but unlike its predecessors, it will allow users to be able to bundle up large number of commands together to achieve attack bonuses.
More exciting features would be unveiled on March 9, 2010 when it will be launched in the United States and in other parts of the world. The publishers has promised to come up with a guidebook before the most anticipated video game would hit the market.
